✅ Eligibility for Exchange

• We offer a 7-day exchange policy on all products.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Tags must be intact.
• The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

❌ Non-Exchangeable Items

1. Worn, washed, or damaged items
2. Custom or limited-edition drops (if applicable)
3. Size exchanges for items purchased on discount/sale (optional clause)

🚚 Exchange Process

Please email us at support@trenzic.in or message us on Instagram with the following:

• Order ID
• Reason for exchange
• Product image (optional, but encouraged)

Once approved:

• You’ll need to ship the item back using any courier of your choice.
• Return shipping cost is not covered.
• After inspection, we’ll ship your replacement within 2–5 business days (subject to stock availability).

📌 Important Notes

• No cash refunds. We only offer exchange or store credit.
• Exchange is available only once per order.
• If your size is out of stock, we’ll issue a coupon code of the same value.
