🔁 Exchange Policy
✅ Eligibility for Exchange
- We offer a 7-day exchange policy on all products.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Tags must be intact.
- The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
❌ Non-Exchangeable Items
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Custom or limited-edition drops (if applicable)
- Size exchanges for items purchased on discount/sale (optional clause)
🚚 Exchange Process
Please email us at support@trenzic.in or message us on Instagram with the following:
- Order ID
- Reason for exchange
- Product image (optional, but encouraged)
Once approved:
- You’ll need to ship the item back using any courier of your choice.
- Return shipping cost is not covered.
- After inspection, we’ll ship your replacement within 2–5 business days (subject to stock availability).
📌 Important Notes
- No cash refunds. We only offer exchange or store credit.
- Exchange is available only once per order.
- If your size is out of stock, we’ll issue a coupon code of the same value.
