Yes — but only within 6 hours of placing your order.

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure quick dispatch. Once this window has passed, your item is already being prepared or packed, and cancellation is no longer possible.

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations after 6 hours of order placement.

• If your product is eligible, you may request an exchange after delivery. Please refer to our 7-Day Exchange Policy for more details.
• COD (Cash on Delivery) orders that are refused upon delivery may limit your ability to place COD orders with us in the future.

Prepaid Orders: Eligible cancellations made within the 6-hour window will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days.

COD Orders: Cancellations or refunds are not applicable for COD orders. Please confirm your interest before choosing COD at checkout.

• Orders placed during sales, limited drops, or special editions are non-cancellable.
